Draught proofing work itself consists of stripping out the existing sashes, routering out the top, middle, bottom and side rails to accommodate draught proofing pile brushes. If any additional works such as replacement sash ropes, weights or ironmongery such as sash fasteners, pull bars or ring pulls are required, we are more than happy to do this alongside your draught proofing works.

We can also carry out work to or even full replacement to the glazing putty which holds and seals the glass in place. We also carry out the traditional sandmastic sealant work, which is to the exterior of your windows, between the stonework and the timber frame.
